Forever 5k
This is the third annual Forever 5k Run/Walk event to be held in Jasper, In! Forever Families is a group that is passionate about raising awareness about international adoption and the beauty of uniting children with their "forever family." We are also passionate about assisting these families with the tremendous financial burden that the adoption journey often brings. Join with us to support two local families each year to off set their costs and make bringing home their children possible.
The event will be held Saturday September 19, 2015 beginning and ending at Jasper Youth Sports Complex. The race will begin at 9:00 a.m. and registration will be from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. There are lots of ways to help! We are asking for donations, participants, sponsors, and more!

To Register please fill out the "Contact" Form to your right. Please include your Name, Address, Phone number, email, and Shirt Size. If you are participating in a group please indicate your team name as well. Also indicate how you will be paying (paypal or snail mail or race day) so that we know where to expect your payment. We will then send you a confirmation email in the next 48 hours to confirm your registration.
Please note that all participants will be required to have a waiver filled out the day of the event. If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or gardian must fill out this form.
